(there is a Felton, Clay County, just ne of Fargo) Laborer in steel mill 40 hours. worked 52 weeks, $1213 wages.
At 310 Parrish is Mathew 49 and Sophie Dragovich, working in steel mill, yugoslavia, also there in 1935 and 1930 (no children seen in census) Owns home 3733 Parrish

I am not sure why but I believe William got a corrected birth certificate to match his name. William already had a social security card by 1937. A Bunyard aunt got a delayed birth certificate in Iowa. I wonder why Bill bothered as it didn’t seem to cause a problem with employment, buying a home, government, etc. so perhaps he was pushed to do so in order to get a life insurance policy.
