Sophia Craver, 100, of New Sharon, died Sunday, May 11, in th eNew Sharon Care Center. Service will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at New Sharon Assembly of God Church. Interment: Highland Cemetery, New Sharon, Visitaion will be Tuesday at Harden Funeral Home in New Sharon. She was born July 3, 1896 in Enid, Okla., to Elrick W. and Anna Elizabeth Barnard Mortland. On May 20, 1922, she married Lonnie Hamilton Craver in Oskaloosa. She was a former school teacher and a member of the New Sharon Assembly of God Church. Survivors include a grandson, Melvin Craver of Eskridge, Kan., and four great-grandchildren. She was preced in death by her parents, heer husband, Lonnie; and two sons: Harold W. Craver and Lowell E. Craver.20
