Jo Ann Weaver, daughter of Rev. William L. and Myrtle Alice Bailey Cornelison, was born November 22, 1944, near Summerville, Missouri. She departed this life Friday, November 15, 2013, in Mercy Hospital, in Springfield, Missouri, at the age of sixty-eight years, eleven months, and twenty-three days.
On April 13, 1963, she was united in marriage to Kennith Dwayne Weaver, and to this union one daughter was born.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Teressa Lynn Weaver; a brother, Charles Cornelison; and an infant sister, Darlene Cornelison.
Jo Ann is survived by her husband, Kennith, of the home; two brothers, James Cornelison, and his wife, Sherla, of Lebanon, Missouri, and Wilbert Cornelison, and his wife, Linda, of Edwards, Missouri; three sisters, Carol Hedrick, of Reeds Spring, Missouri, Sharon George, and her husband, Don, of Camdenton, Missouri, and Beverly Cornelison-Mines, of Gladstone, Missouri; a number of nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other relatives and many friends.
She was born and raised in Summerville and Lebanon, Missouri, and attended Lebanon R-III Schools. After she and Kennith were married, they made their home in Lebanon and lovingly raised their daughter. Jo Ann was a devoted homemaker to her husband and daughter, and also worked at Marathon Electric and Detroit Tool for several years. Later, she drove a bus for the Lebanon Schools, a job which she really enjoyed. 20
