1860 Sept 11 - Andrew Bell has 80 acres. Closeby is Arssnah O. Bell with 80. Oliver S. has 195 acres.
1870 mother Phebe Bell 78 living next to her son Oliver and Reliance and family.
“The file on Andrew Bell Jr. Estate of Calhoun Co. MI contained only 2 papers. One by Oliver S. requesting to be “appointed special administrator of Andrew Bells estate for the purpose of discharging a certain mortgage dated 19 Dec 1863 whereof the said deceased died possessed. Petition dated 10 Dec 1868.” I would assume from this he died between 1863-1868. VB
The other dated Dec 11 1868 - Oliver S. Bell acknowledges receipt of $748.81 cash from David ??? to Phebe Bell, widow of deceased Andrew Bell” Probated 25 July 1870. VB
