Hugh R. Skinner, an old time and respected citizen, died at his home on Healdsburg avenue on Sunday. He was 83 years of age and leaves a wife and several grown children. The Rev. William Martin, pastor of the Presbyterian church, conducted the funeral service at the residence on Monday afternoon in the presence of relatives and friends.
The interment will take place today in Two Rock cemetery.
