Visitation one hour before services Saturday at the church.

Burial in Calvary Cemetery.

Kathryn "Katy" Pavich Sansone, 101, of Waterloo, died Feb. 15, of natural causes.

She was born April 20, 1913, in Waterloo, daughter of Michael and Mary Pavich. She married Dan Sansone on June 20, 1935, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Waterloo. He preceded her in death.

Katy graduated from St. Mary's High School, Waterloo, and was a lifelong homemaker. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, later becoming Queen of Peace Parish, and also a life time member of the Catholic Daughters, Eklets, Catholic Order of Foresters and the Croatian Club.

Katy was a loving wife and mother. She enjoyed reading, fishing, any Clark Gable movie and her dogs.

Survived by a son, Dennis (Nancy) of Bloomington, Minn.; many nieces and nephews and an extended family of cousins; and special family members, Deb and Paul Schaefer.

Preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Mary Paulus; two brothers, Robert and John; and her in-laws, Joseph and Mary Sansone.
