"Ollie" Stack was born in Otis, Indiana per the Death Record of her son, Martin D Rapp. Otis is in La Porte County in northern Indiana, not far from Lake Michigan.

Ollie married Joseph Rapp on 16 March 1899 in Porter County, Indiana, the county west of La Porte County. Later that year their son Martin David Rapp, was born.
Ollie died in 1908, so the 1900 Census is the only Census she appeared in after her marriage. For this reason, I don't know if she may have had more children with Joseph before her death at age 25 (very possibly in childbirth or shortly thereafter). However, David appears 1910 and 1920 in home of Wilhelmina Stark/Charles Hess as their NEPHEW
Ollie is buried in Greenwood Cemetery per its records posted online. She is not buried with her husband, however, as he remarried and is buried with his 2nd wife.20
