Will George Adam Zettlemayer of Greenwich, Berks Co, PA, farmer: names “dear niece Catharina Klose” for life - “unto my daughter in law, Philip Sously, during his natural life, provided he remain single and unmarried, the use of” land in Albany Two of 98 acres until “after his decease or after he will, or is married again,” - “unto my grand children, viz, Catharine Sously, Benjamin Sously, Polly Sously and Sally Sously and to their heirs…” - and “I give and bequeath of the same unto my nine children, viz: Henry, George Michael, Martin, George, George Adam, Catherine intermarried with Henry Reinhart, Susanna intermarried with Sirous Barrot, Christiana intermarried with Daniel Hoffman, Elizabeth intermarried with John Bochert, and to their heirs…” - (does say if any child complains or wants more that they would then loose their share) - “two sons Martin and George have received heretofore…land” - and “ appoint my two sons Martin and George zettlemayer to be the executors”.
