—give to my daughter Emma B Waybright, the two children of my deceased daughter Martha Jane Lambert, Charles Lambert, and Maggie Harper; and to Ethel Wimer, Fleetwood Wimer and Zula Bennett, children of my deceased son William Fleetwood all my land known as the Fleisher place where I now reside a….
—Emma B Waybright have the house in with Jesse Arbogast now lives and if she dies without issue then her option of lands revert to : Alice Trichnor and said children of Fleet Wood Wimer and said children of Martha Jane Lambert… or children of each deceased children and remaining to Charles and Ambrose Wimer
