One Ancestry tree says Andrew S Cummings born 12 Apr 1760 in Lancaster Co PA and died 27 Nov 1834 in Maryville, Blount, Tn. MD Jane Paxton 1764-1841 in Mar 1785 Botetourt, VA
Jean’s father’s Will of 1888 doesn’t seem to support that as why didn’t he already give her a fair share of the estate as he did the other older children if she was already married and they moved?
