Widowed of attorney, she was accused of manslaughter in death of daughter Maud Tabor Virgo a Schoolteacher who disappeared from the family home in Lawton in 1916. Daughter’s body was found in Nov 1919 under a pile of shingles in the Tabor home. 1st trial the jury disagreed and no second hearing was held. A second daughter ended her life at a lake resort several months ago
